The Nueva Street Gallery is located in the historic arts district, La Villita, along the Riverwalk, downtown San Antonio, in a house built in 1891. The Gallery, under owner-artist Richard Conn is being transferred to artist Susan Carlin, pictured above, on September 1 2010. Susan will maintain a studio, show her own works, including portraiture, and teach painting at the gallery.

Since 1990, Conn has been the owner/director of the Nueva Street Gallery in La Villita,which has become a popular gallery featuring contemporary art. Susan Carlin expects to continue showing many of the same artists, including Richard Conn, plus some new artists. Nueva Street Gallery has developed a solid reputation for quality sophisticated art in it's 20+ years of operation and sells and ships world-wide.
